Whenever the Swedish band Smash Into Piecescomes to town, it’s always a big deal. That was certainly true on Sunday, April 26, 2026, when they played a nearly sold-out show at Prague’s Roxy Club , supported by the German band Enemy Inside and the American band Dark Divine.
Dark Divine is still a young band from Florida that played in Prague for the very first time. According to them, they really enjoyed the atmosphere here and the reception from Czech fans. The club was already pretty packed right from the start of their set, and the crowd’s response was more than decent. Personally, I was really looking forward to seeing them, and I have to say they didn’t disappoint me. Their modern metalcore music is complemented on stage by striking makeup and matching costumes. They played mostly new singles, including the very latest, “Half Past Dead”. I hope this wasn’t the last time we saw them here and that they’ll be back soon.

Enemy Inside from Germany are already well-known here, and I knew exactly what to expect from them. I have to admit that I went to this concert mainly because of them, and I don’t regret it at all. Their music is built on very catchy melodies that literally make you want to move while listening. Most of the setlist was drawn from their latest album, “Venom", including the title track and other singles like “Sayonara” and “Fuck That Party”. The setlist also featured their newly released song “R.I.P.” as well as one of their oldest tracks, “Phoenix”.

Then it was time for the star of the evening, Smash Into Pieces. Judging by the audience’s reaction, it was clear that most people were there just for them. Since I’d never really followed this band, I had no idea they were this popular here. I hadn’t experienced an atmosphere like the one the fans created in Prague in a long time. Just the buzz around me was enough for me to really enjoy the concert, even though this kind of music doesn’t really do much for me. As for the setlist, it spanned various periods of the band’s career, but the emphasis was on their newest songs. They played a total of five songs from the album “Ghost Code”, including “Venom” and “Heroes Are Calling", as well as the older but most-played track “All Eyes on You”. Their latest singles were also included, along with the acoustic track “Somebody Like You”, and they chose “Hollow” to close out the entire performance.

From my perspective, it was truly one of the best evenings. The combination of these three bands drew a decent crowd, and I’m glad to see that people of all ages still enjoy going to live concerts to support their favorite bands.
