Kdy\u017e Sonata Arctica<\/strong> ozn\u00e1mila podzimn\u00ed turn\u00e9, museli jsme se alespo\u0148 na jeden z koncert\u016f vydat. Na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed jsem mohla b\u00fdt dokonce na dvou z nich. Dne 10.10. ve Zl\u00edn\u011b a 12.10. jsem se pod\u00edvala na koncert do polsk\u00e9 Poznan\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nebyl to jen koncert Sonaty Arcticy<\/strong>, ale m\u011bli s sebou dva skv\u011bl\u00e9 hosty, kapely Firewind<\/strong> and Serious Black<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00davod ve\u010dera pat\u0159il pr\u00e1v\u011b Serious Black<\/strong>. Tato n\u011bmeck\u00e1 powermetalov\u00e1 kapela pr\u00e1v\u011b vydala album s n\u00e1zvem „Rise of Akhenaton“. Zahr\u00e1li tedy n\u011bkolik nov\u00fdch skladeb, nap\u0159\u00edklad chytlavou „Take Your Life“. Nemohli v\u0161ak vynechat ani star\u00e9 klasiky jako „Serious Black Magic“ a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b „High and Low“.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Druh\u00fdm vystoupen\u00edm byla skupina Firewind<\/strong>. Up\u0159\u00edmn\u011b, tuhle kapelu zn\u00e1m u\u017e p\u00e1r let, ale tyhle dva koncerty pat\u0159ily k t\u011bm nejlep\u0161\u00edm. Moc se mi l\u00edb\u00ed kombinace kytarov\u00e9ho zvuku, za kterou vd\u011b\u010d\u00ed Gusovi G<\/strong>, a vok\u00e1lu Herbieho Langhanse<\/strong>. Tak\u00e9 p\u00edsn\u011b z posledn\u00edho alba, nap\u0159\u00edklad „Destiny is Calling“ nebo „Fallen Angel“, zn\u011bj\u00ed na koncertech opravdu skv\u011ble. A nemohli si vybrat lep\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dnou p\u00edse\u0148 ne\u017e „Maniac“, p\u0159i kter\u00e9 se v\u0161ichni na p\u00f3diu i pod n\u00edm tak skv\u011ble bav\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ale nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed kapelou, na kterou se v\u0161ichni p\u0159i\u0161li pod\u00edvat p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm, byla samoz\u0159ejm\u011b Sonata Arctica<\/strong>. Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee tuhle kapelu nikdy nep\u0159estanu poslouchat a nechci p\u0159estat chodit ani na jejich koncerty. Skladby z posledn\u00edho alba jako „Dark Empath“, „California“ nebo „Angel Defiled“ maj\u00ed skv\u011blou energii a dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed v publiku vytvo\u0159it p\u0159\u00edjemnou atmosf\u00e9ru. Ale i n\u011bkter\u00e9 star\u0161\u00ed klasiky jako „Broken“ nebo „Tallulah“ jsou u fanou\u0161k\u016f velmi obl\u00edben\u00e9. Pro m\u011b je v\u017edycky p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 sly\u0161et p\u00edsn\u011b z \u00fapln\u011b prvn\u00edho alba, nap\u0159\u00edklad mou obl\u00edbenou „My Land“, ale tak\u00e9 si nedok\u00e1\u017eu p\u0159edstavit koncert Sonaty bez „Fullmoon“. \u00dapln\u011b posledn\u00ed p\u00edsn\u00ed je u\u017e l\u00e9ta „Don’t Say a Word“ a toto turn\u00e9 nebylo v\u00fdjimkou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Na posledn\u00ed zast\u00e1vce tohoto turn\u00e9, v Poznani, nechyb\u011bly ani p\u00f3diov\u00e9 vt\u00edpky, aby se udr\u017eela tradice. Tony je v tom mimochodem velk\u00fd odborn\u00edk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ob\u011b cesty byly op\u011bt bl\u00e1zniv\u00e9, ale s dobr\u00fdm c\u00edlem. M\u00e1m obrovsk\u00e9 \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed, \u017ee m\u00e1m kolem sebe tolik \u00fa\u017easn\u00fdch lid\u00ed, se kter\u00fdmi m\u016f\u017eu d\u011blat tyhle bl\u00e1zniv\u00e9 v\u011bci. D\u011bkuji tak\u00e9 v\u0161em \u00fa\u017easn\u00fdm muzikant\u016fm a jejich part\u011b, \u017ee to v\u0161echno umo\u017enili. T\u011b\u0161\u00edm se, a\u017e se s v\u00e1mi v\u0161emi zase uvid\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

English:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When Sonata Arctica<\/strong> announced their headline tour for this fall, we had to go to at least one of the shows. Luckily I went to two of them. On 10.10. I visited Zl\u00edn and on 12.10. I went to Poznan in Poland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It wasn’t just a Sonata Arctica<\/strong> show, but they had two great guests on their road, bands Firewind<\/strong> and Serious Black<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The opening show of the evening belonged to Serious Black<\/strong>. This German power metal band just released an album called „Rise of Akhenaton“. So they played some new songs, like the catchy „Take Your Life“. But they couldn’t leave out the old classics like „Serious Black Magic“ and of course „High and Low“.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second show was Firewind<\/strong>. Honestly, I have known this band for a couple of years now, but these two shows were one of the best. I really like the combination of the guitar sound, thanks to Gus G<\/strong>, and the vocals of Herbie Langhans<\/strong>. Also the songs from the latest album, for example „Destiny is Calling“ or „Fallen Angel“ are really great in live shows. And they couldn’t have chosen a better closing song than „Maniac“, when everyone is having so much fun on and under the stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But the most important band that everyone came to see was of course Sonata Arctica<\/strong>. I think I’ll never stop listening to this band and I don’t want to stop going to their live shows either. The newer songs like „Dark Empath“, „California“ or „Angel Defiled“ have a great energy and can create a nice atmosphere in the audience. But also some older classics like „Broken“ or „Tallulah“ are very popular with the fans. For me it’s always nice to hear songs from the very first album, for example my favourite „My Land“, but I also can’t imagine a Sonata show without „Fullmoon“. The very last song has been „Don’t Say a Word“ for years and this tour was no exception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The last stop on this tour, in Poznan, also includes some stage pranks to keep the tradition going. Tony<\/strong> is a great expert at this, by the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both trips have been crazy again, but with a good purpose. I’m so lucky to have so many amazing people around me to do this crazy stuff with. Thanks also to all the wonderful musicians and their crew for making it all possible. I’m looking forward to seeing you all again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
