On Saturday, May 2, we stopped by Kabinet M\u00faz in Brno, where three very promising Czech and Slovak bands performed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I always say, \u201cSupport local bands, go to their shows, buy their merchandise, and spread the word about their music\u201d\u2014especially when they take the stage and put on a great show. And that\u2019s exactly what the band Black Row<\/strong> did as the opening act, getting everyone pumped up and ready for a great night. If you want to go back in time to the \u201990s and \u201900s and experience a sound reminiscent of Limp Bizkit and Linkin Park, then you definitely can\u2019t miss these guys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Slovakia took Brno by storm with its sound and won over a fan base that will stay with them forever. Melodic deathcore by Sawdust And Mold<\/strong> definitely got the biggest response. Oldo claimed he was sick, and yet he was amazing. Just imagine what it would have been like if he\u2019d been in top form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you like gothic music but need to listen to something faster and more aggressive, then here\u2019s just what you need: Meredith <\/strong>and their symphonic gothic metalcore. I was lucky enough to witness their impressive performance in a dark and intense atmosphere\u2014an experience I\u2019d definitely like to repeat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
