When two of my favorite bands went on tour together, I had to visit at least two of the closest stops. Battle Beast, together with Dominum and Majestica, had a stop on Monday, December 1, at the Majestic Club in Bratislava, and the penultimate stop of the tour was on Saturday, December 13, at the Datart Hall in Zlín.
The first to perform on stage was swedish band, Majestica , with their latest album, "Power Train." The opening song was also from this album, but they also played several songs from their first album, "Above the Sky." At the end, they added "Metal United," which the entire audience sang along with them at both stops. Unfortunately, the show only included six songs, but they still managed to get the audience going with their energy and get them excited for the upcoming bands.

The second group to perform were zombies led by Dr. Dead, Dominum. This still relatively young band released their first single just 28 months ago, but in that time they have already toured Europe several times and built up a loyal fan club, including in the Czech Republic. This was their first performance in Slovakia, but judging by the audience's reaction, it probably won't be their last. The set consisted of the best songs from both of their released albums, including my favorite, "The Guardians of the Night." The finale included "The Chosen Ones" and, of course, "Immortalis Dominum," which also gave the band its name. It was another energetic performance that everyone in the hall enjoyed immensely, and the support for the band was incredible.

But the highlight of the evening was the Finns Battle Beast with iconic vocalist Noorou Louhimo. During the performance, no one knew it yet, but it was their very last tour together in this lineup; from the new year, they will be performing with a new vocalist. This tour was mainly organized to promote their newly released album "Steelbound," from which we could hear a total of eight songs live, including all the released singles, as well as the title tracks. The rest of the setlist was filled with older songs, and Eero's solo performance of the Christmas song "Last Christmas" was also included. The performance was incredibly great, and I'm sorry it was their last. I have to say that each song has its own charm, and they never lack a good mood on stage. I hope it will continue like this in their next era.
Unfortunately, Bratislava was unable to enjoy this performance to the fullest, as it was prematurely ended after the second song due to a medical emergency in the hall.

Every era must come to an end, and I am glad that we were able to experience it once again, and for the last time in Zlín. The entire tour was very successful, and we are looking forward to more concerts in the new year with even more great music.
