V sobotu 25.1.2025 jsme vyrazili do Zlína do Masters of Rock Café na pořádnou finskou párty plnou industrial metalu. Vystupujícími kapelami byly King Satan and Turmion Kätilöt.
Na rozehřátí nám zahrála skupina King Satan, industriální metalová kapela z Finska. Já jsem vůbec nevěděla, co od nich čekat, ale nakonec to byla velice zajímavá zkušenost. Jejich texty jsou plné náboženských a hlavně satanistických témat, což mě zase tak moc nebere, ale hudebně jsou skladby dobře zpracované. Na živo je to pořádný nářez.
Hlavní kapelou večera byli ale Turmion Kätilöt, další industriální kapela, ale poslední dobou je velice ovlivněna také elektronickou hudbou. Tour je věnována především poslednímu albu „Reset“ (více informací naleznete v recenzi zde) a taky z něho zahráli nejvíce skladeb. Zazněly skladby „Yksi Jumalista“, „Otava“, „Sinä 2.0“ a ze starších alb pak třeba „Sikiö“, již prověřená „Teurastaja“ nebo i „Naitu“. Celé vystoupení zakončili momentálně nejpopulárnější skladbou „Pulssi“. Tady už jsem byla trochu připravená na to, co přijde. Stejně mě ale velice překvapilo jak moc mě to bavilo a jak moc mě to oslovilo.
Byl to opravdu zážitek a až přijedou znovu, tak si jejich vystoupení nenechám jen tak ujít. Děkuji oběma kapelám za vystoupení a i jejich celé crew za profesionální přípravu. Další poděkování patří také pořadatelům a promotérům za organizaci. Tak kde se uvidíme příště?

On Saturday 25.1.2025 we went to Zlín to Masters of Rock Café for a proper Finnish party full of industrial metal. Performing bands were King Satan and Turmion Kätilöt.
King Satan, an industrial metal band from Finland, played first to warm us up. I had no idea what to expect from them, but it ended up being a very interesting experience. Their lyrics are full of religious and mainly satanic themes, which I’m not that into, but musically the songs are well developed. The live show was a blast.
The main band of the evening was Turmion Kätilöt, another industrial band, but lately they are also very influenced by electronic music. The tour is mainly dedicated to their latest album „Reset“ (more information can be found in the czech review here) and they played the most songs from that album. For example tracks „Yksi jumalista“, „Otava“, „Sinä 2.0“ and from older albums „Sikiö“, the already proven „Teurastaja“ or even „Naitu“ were played. The whole performance ended with the currently most popular song „Pulssi“. Here I was already a bit prepared for what was to come. Still, I was very surprised how much I enjoyed it and how much it spoke to me.
It was a real highlight and I won’t miss their performance when they come again. Thank you to both bands for their performances and to the whole crew for their professional work. Another thanks to the organizers and promoters for the organization. So where will we see you next?
