V sobotu 12.4.2025 jsem navštívila také jižní Čechy díky pozvání na Metal Párty ve Zbytinách. Sešly se tam hned čtyři skvělé metalové kapely, dvě české a dvě zahraniční.
Již odpoledne se v obecní hospodě scházeli první metaloví nadšenci a přípravy na večer byly v plném nasazení. Já osobně jsem stihla udělat i pár rozhovorů, na které se můžete také těšit.
Na pódiu se jako první objevili skoro místní Blamage z Českých Budějovic. Ti od prvních tónů nasadili rychlé tempo a fanoušci se pomalu trousili do kotle. Za mě předvedli skvělý výkon a zaujali mě svou melodičností i několika pěknými českými texty.
Druhou vystupující kapelou večera byla Solar System, kteří celý tento večer zorganizovali a za nimi přijeli také věrní fanoušci. Většině čtenářům je asi nemusím dlouze představovat. Tito již zkušení muzikanti dali ze sebe všechno a celý večer si řádně užili. Svůj set začali nejnovější skladbou “Svítání” a již během prvních tónů se parket před pódiem slušně zaplnil. Zahráli také několik skladeb z druhého vydaného alba jako například “Do měsíčních hor” nebo “Kusy křídel”. Nechyběly ale ani nejstarší populární hity jako “Loutka” a závěrečná “Zastav To”.
Poté už přišel čas na jednoho ze zahraničních hostů, tím byli bavorští powermetalisté Crystallion. Tolik pozitivní energie na pódiu jsem již dlouho neviděla. Bavilo mě jak všichni členové komunikovali a reagovali na fanoušky a jak si celé vystoupení skvěle užívali. Sice vokalista Tony měl po tour již trochu unavené hlasivky a některé pasáže nebyly dokonalé, ale to ho neodradilo od neustálého úsměvu a dobré nálady. Líbili se mi také časté velice melodické instrumentální pasáže. I náhradní kytarista Thomas odváděl skvělou práci na pódiu. Mohli jsme slyšet skladby z průřezu celé diskografie. Z novějších zahráli třeba “Knights and Heroes” nebo “The Sleeping Emperor”, z těch starších pak třeba populární “Burning Bridges”. Na závěr vybrali “A Cry in the Night”.
Poslední vystoupení patřilo srbským heavy metalistům Claymorean. Další velice energická show v trochu tvrdším stylu. I do poslední show této mini tour dali všichni členové ze sebe to nejlepší a ukázali, že i v Srbsku umí hrát metal. V letošním roce vydali své poslední album a touto tour ho chtěli představit. Zahráli nám z něj celkem tři skladby, úvodní skladbou show byla “By This Sword We Rule”, později přidali ještě “300” a “Under the Sign of the Cross”. Setlist byl doplněn také staršími skladbami jako “Gods of Chaos” a “Arioch, Knight of the Swords”. Na úplný závěr večera zvolili cover od legendárních Manowar “Blood of My Enemies”.
Na závěr bych speciálně chtěla poděkovat za pozvání na tuto akci Petru Machuldovi a samozřejmě také hlavnímu strůjci této akce Otu Gajdošovi. Další poděkování poděkování patří všem kapelám za skvělá vystoupení a příchozím fanouškům za úžasnou atmosféru, kterou dokázali vytvořit. Byl to pro mě opravdu speciální zážitek a jsem ráda, že jsem mohla poznat tyto skvělé muzikanty. Budu se těšit zase někdy příště, třeba i právě s Vámi.

On Saturday 12.4.2025 I also visited South Bohemia thanks to the invitation to Metal Party in Zbytiny. There were four great metal bands, two Czech and two foreign.
Already in the afternoon the first metal enthusiasts gathered in the village pub and preparations for the evening were in full swing. I personally managed to do some interviews, which you can also look forward to.
Almost local Blamage from České Budějovice were the first to appear on stage. They set a fast pace from the first notes and the fans slowly appeared under the stage. For me they gave a great performance and impressed me with their melodicism and some nice Czech lyrics.
The second band of the night was Solar System, who organized the whole evening and were followed by their loyal fans. I probably don’t need to introduce them to most of the readers. These already experienced musicians gave their all and thoroughly enjoyed the whole evening. They started their set with the latest song “Svítání” and already during the first notes the dance floor in front of the stage was filled up. They also played a few songs from their second released album such as “Do měsíčních hor” or “Kusy křídel”. But there were also the oldest popular hits like “Loutka” and the closing “Zastav to”.
After that it was time for one of the foreign guests, that was Bavarian power metallers Crystallion. I haven’t seen so much positive energy on stage for a long time. I enjoyed how all the members interacted and reacted to the fans and how they had a great time during the whole performance. Although vocalist Tony‘s vocal cords were a bit tired after the tour and some of the passages were not perfect, but that didn’t stop him from smiling and being in a good mood all the time. I also liked the frequent very melodic instrumental passages. Even the backup guitarist Thomas did a great job on stage. We could hear songs from a cross-section of the entire discography. From the newer ones they played “Knights and Heroes” or “The Sleeping Emperor”, and from the older ones the popular “Burning Bridges”. At the end they chose “A Cry in the Night”.
The last performance belonged to Serbian heavy metallers Claymorean. Another very energetic show in a slightly harder style. Even in the last show of this mini tour all members gave their best and showed that they can play metal in Serbia. This year they released their latest album and with this tour they wanted to present it. They played us three songs from it. The opening song of the show was “By This Sword We Rule”, later they added “300” and “Under the Sign of the Cross”. The setlist was also rounded out with older songs like “Gods of Chaos” and “Arioch, Knight of the Swords”. At the very end of the night they chose a cover of the legendary Manowar’s “Blood of My Enemies”.
Finally, I would like to thank Petr Machulda for inviting me to this event and of course the main instigator of this event, Oto Gajdoš. Another thanks to all the bands for their great performances and to the fans for the amazing atmosphere they created. It was a really special experience for me and I am glad that I could meet these great musicians. I will look forward to the next time, maybe with You guys as well.
