Náhodou jsem se dozvěděla, že v úterý večer 25.3.2025 se v Rock Café v Praze koná zajímavá hudební akce a to vystoupení německých Lifespark. za podpory dvou českých skupin Noise Bleed a Kontua.
Šla jsem se teda podívat hlavně na český metalcore, na skupinu Kontua. Už je sleduji nějakou dobu, ale naživo jsem je viděla teprve podruhé a poprvé jsem si mohla poslechnout také jejich singly v češtině. Musím říct, že se mi líbí celkový vývoj této kapely a i když se mi líbily i dřívější skladby, hlavně “Not So Strong”, tak ty nové jsou ještě lepší. Opravdu skladby “Sbohem”, “Parafráze” i “Vyhořelej” zněly na živo skvěle.
Druzí na pódium vystoupali Noise Bleed. Tahle skupina mi stylově moc nesedí i když hudebně to není vůbec špatné. Poslechla jsem si několik skladeb, ale bohužel mě to moc neoslovilo. Nicméně oceňuji jejich věrné fanoušky, přátelé a rodiny, kteří je přišli podpořit a pořádně to rozjeli i před pódiem.
Hlavní kapelou večera byli mladí Němci s názvem Lifespark. Pro mě to bylo něco nového a neznámého, ale příjemně mě to překvapilo. Skladby měly pěkné texty, slyšely jsme skladby jemnější i tvrdší a kluci u miktrofonů se vzájemně skvěle doplňovali. Příjemná nálada a dobrá atmosféra panovala po celý večer. I když jsem skupinu ani jejich tvorbu neznala, tak mě svou energií strhli na svou stranu a koncert si obrovsky užila. Přeji skupině do budoucna více takovýchto tour a příště se snad sejde více fanoušků.
Na jednu stranu mě mrzí, že byla účast tak nízká, protože tato kapela si zaslouží mnohem větší podporu. Na druhou stranu to mělo svoje kouzlo a všichni příchozí si to velice užili a atmosféra byla i tak vynikající. Jsem vděčná, že jsem tohoto večera mohla být součastí a doufám, že se znovu někde potkáme.

By chance I found out that on Tuesday evening 25.3.2025 in Rock Café in Prague there is an interesting music event, a performance of German Lifespark. supported by two Czech bands Noise Bleed and Kontua.
So I went to see mainly Czech metalcore band Kontua. I’ve been following them for a while, but it was only the second time I saw them live and the first time I could listen to their new singles in Czech language. I have to say that I like the overall development of this band and although I liked the earlier songs, especially “Not So Strong”, the new ones are even better. Really the songs “Sbohem”, “Parafráze” and “Vyhořelej” sounded great live.
The second to take the stage were Noise Bleed. This band doesn’t really fit my style although musically it’s not bad at all. I listened to a few songs, but unfortunately I wasn’t really impressed. However, I do appreciate their loyal fans, friends and families who came out to support them and rocked it out in front of the stage.
The headline band of the evening was a young German band called Lifespark. For me it was something new and unknown, but I was pleasantly surprised. The songs had nice lyrics, we heard some softer and some harder songs and the guys at the microphones complemented each other perfectly. The mood was pleasant and good atmosphere prevailed throughout the evening. Even though I didn’t know the band or their work, I was swept away by their energy and enjoyed the concert immensely. I wish the band more tours like this in the future and hopefully more fans will gather next time.
On one hand, I’m sorry that the attendance was so low, because this band deserves much more support. On the other hand, it had its own charm and everyone who came enjoyed it very much and the atmosphere was still excellent. I am grateful to have been part of this evening and hope to see you again somewhere.
