Lordi opět v Roxy clubu

V pondělí 22.4.2024 se v Praze v Roxy clubu uskutečnila další skvělá show, na kterou přijela monstra Lordi společně s All For Metal a Crimson Veil.

S oběma frontmany All For Metal jsem měla možnost se setkat ještě před koncertem na krátký rozhovor, takže se na něj můžete již brzy těšit.

První kapela, Crimson Veil, měla na pódiu jen 30 minut. Tato převážně ženská kapela s jediným mužským kytaristou mě příliš nezaujala. Příjemné bylo unikátní použití klasické basy místo baskytary a obě zpěvačky mají opravdu pěkné hlasy. Ale celkově to není nic pro mě.

Druhá kapela, All For Metal, je ještě poměrně nová, vydala zatím jen jedno album, ale už si můžete předobjednat další. Jejich show se pomalu vyvíjí a s každým turné je lepší a zábavnější. Moc se mi líbí jejich energie na pódiu a jejich písně dokáží bez problémů rozhýbat celé publikum. Atmosféra byla plná zábavy, smíchu a zpěvu.

Headlineři, maskovaná monstra Lordi, byli opravdu vrcholem večera. Jejich set byl zaměřen především na jejich poslední album “Screem Writers Guild” a také na “The Monsterican Dream”, které slaví 20. výročí od vydání. Pro mě bylo opravdu skvělé slyšet naživo tyto staré písně, které znám už mnoho let. Celý set samozřejmě zakončila nejoblíbenější píseň Lordi “Hardrock Hallejujah”. Bylo to pro mě poprvé, co jsem viděla tuto novou sestavu a svým výkonem mě opravdu překvapili.

Byl to opravdu příjemný večer se skvělými lidmi a samozřejmě úžasnou hudbou. Mé poděkování patří všem skvělým hudebníkům a jejich partám, ale také všem organizátorům za to, že se tento večer vůbec mohl uskutečnit.

Another great show took place in Prague on Monday 22.4.2024, when the monsters Lordi came together with All For Metal and Crimson Veil.

I had the chance to meet the two frontmen of All For Metal for a short interview before the show, so you can look forward to it.

The first band, Crimson Veil, only had 30 minutes on stage. This mostly female band with only one male guitarist didn’t interest me much. The unique use of a classic bass instead of a bass guitar was nice, and both singers have really nice voices. But in general it’s nothing for me.

The second band, All For Metal, is still quite new, they have only released one album, but you can already pre-order another one. Their show is slowly developing and getting better and funnier with every tour. I really like their energy on stage and their songs can easily move the whole audience. The atmosphere was full of fun, laughter and singing.

The headliners, the masked monsters, Lordi, were really the highlight of the evening. Their set was mainly focused on their latest album “Screem Writers Guild” and also on “The Monsterican Dream”, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary. For me it was really great to hear these old songs that I have known for many years live. Of course the whole set ended with the most popular Lordi song “Hardrock Hallejujah”. It was the first time for me to see this new line-up and they really surprised me with their performance.

It was a really enjoyable night with great people and of course amazing music. My thanks go to all the great musicians and their crews, but also to all the organisers for making this evening happen in the first place.
